Allen screws are hardened so they would likely strip out the threaded base/plate they were going in. Did you use your own 'Allen' keys? They sometimes furnish specific keys for the screws, and it's possible they were "TorX" which look like Allen, but are different just enough (more star shaped), to give the 'feel' of being properly seated, but in fact do just what you had happen: they spin out & strip the 'star' slots. Go through the packing material and verify the entire manifest. Self tapping bolts may have to be used to clean up the holes if the threads got wiped out.
